Getting Started

Get started with us by scheduling a 15 minute phone consultation OR meet with a therapist for 30 minutes with no commitment!

Individual Therapy

Our licensed therapists provide a range of specialties in therapy. We are all highly trained, trauma-informed, creative therapists who are client-centered in all we do! Your therapist will assess and provide recommendations on different types of therapeutic approaches that will fit best for you.

Groups

Groups are a great way to create connection, build resilience, be creative, learn new skills, and layer extra support for your mental health.

Virtual Therapy

This is like regular therapy...but online! We offer virtual sessions to those located in Arizona. (Brittany offers sessions for those also in Utah.)

Family Therapy

Family therapy is all about supporting the whole family. This may include kids and parents, teens and siblings, grandparents, caregivers, etc. Our close relationships are the most meaningful connections we have in life. Family therapy is a way to support repairing conflict, increasing communication, supporting anxiety or transitions, grief, getting to the root of behavior problems...and more!

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for any partnership that is looking for more support in their primary relationship. We all can get stuck in patterns of unhealth in our relationship and couples therapy at The Well is all about addressing the underlying wounds in order to strengthen your emotional connection.
